We'll keep you informed about the estimated delivery date and provide a tracking number for your shipment. Note that for certain delivery methods, a tracking number might not be provided. Products are typically delivered to the main entrance of the specified address. If the location has stairs, the delivery will be made at the base of the stairs. Upon receipt, we recommend promptly inspecting the items to ensure there's no damage or defects from shipping.
