  • Order processing time is 7-15 business days. This period is used to customized product manufacture, carefully prepare and pack your items to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition
Sea Shipping time: 35-45 Business days
    • After dispatch, it usually takes 35 to 45 business days for orders to reach the Australian port. This period includes export customs processing and ocean shipping.
    Australian Customs clearance time:5-7 Business days
      • Australian customs inspection and moving to a local warehouse take 5 to 7 business days.
      Australian delivery time: 3-8 Business days
        • Australian Delivery time varies from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the customer's address.

          • One delivery person will be required.
          • Delivery to the front door.
          • For apartment complexes, delivery will be made to the 1st-floor entrance.
          • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 (excluding public holidays).
          • Our "48-hour Fast Shipping" products are only guaranteed to be processed in the warehouse within 48 hours. This does not guarantee the pickup and delivery time by the logistics provider, and does not include holidays.
          • We do not provide unloading, move-in, or upstairs services by default. If you require these services, extra fees will apply, based on the logistics provider’s quote. The package will be delivered to the front door or roadside.
          • If you require White Glove Delivery Service, which includes handling, unpacking, and assembly, please inquire separately when placing the order. Please note that this service is not included by default. For products that require assembly, an Assembly Guide will be provided upon the product’s arrival to assist with setup.
